Welcome to LIFECycle Spin Studio (“LIFECycle”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

LIFECycle provides indoor cycling classes, personal training, and other fitness services (“Services”). By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
You may only use our Services for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in any way that violates these Terms or the rights of LIFECycle or any third party.

LIFECycle reserves the right to modify or discontinue our Services at any time, for any reason, and without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our Services.
3. Fees and Payment
Some of our Services may be offered for a fee. By purchasing a paid service, you agree to pay the applicable fee. LIFECycle reserves the right to change our fees at any time, and will provide notice of any fee changes before they take effect.
All fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing. If you dispute any charges to your account, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of the charge.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the LIFECycle website and provided as part of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LIFECycle or our licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any content for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of LIFECycle.
5. User-Generated Content
By posting or submitting any content on or through our Services, including but not limited to comments, reviews, and photographs (“User-Generated Content”), you grant LIFECycle a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your User-Generated Content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to grant this license for any User-Generated Content you submit.
LIFECycle does not endorse and is not responsible for any User-Generated Content. We reserve the right to remove any User-Generated Content for any reason, at our sole discretion.

LIFECycle provides our Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our Services or the information, content, materials, or products included on our Services.

7. Liability Waiver
By using our Services, you acknowledge that indoor cycling and other fitness activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in our Services and release LIFECycle, our employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injury or damage you may suffer as a result of your use of our Services.
You are solely responsible for determining if you are physically fit and properly trained to participate in our Services. It is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to beginning any fitness program. If you have any health or medical concerns, you should not participate in our Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold LIFECycle, our employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, and liabilities arising out of or related to your use of our Services.
This liability waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the laws of Canada. If any portion of this waiver is found to be invalid, the remainder of the waiver shall remain in full force and effect.
