Hey y'all! You can call me Reh!

You may have seen me at the front desk quite a bit thriving off the good vibes. I joined LifeCycle in the summer of 2021 with a beginner spinner package and am so glad that I did! I am now excited to officially transition into a LifeCycle spin instructor!

I am a Bangladeshi fireball and my pronouns are he/him. I have lived in Saskatoon for around 15 years now but originally was born in Paris and lived in Ontario as well! Growing up, I performed a lot on big stages with dancing and singing, so it only made sense that I'd end up here. Some of my other hobbies also include sketching, watching anime, and travelling! I am also a doctor of pharmacy candidate at the University of Saskatchewan. My favourite thing EVER is meeting new people and making new friends! So if you see me in the studio at anytime, please come say hi! Odds are I'll probably be talking to you about something you never asked about anyways.

I have fallen in love with spinning and I hope you will too! The lights, the bass, the energy, and the people all come together like a packaged ball of absolute vibessss. My favourite genre of music is definately EDM and rap/r&b, but I also love pop, hyperpop, dance, bollywood and kpop! I love a good fast climb and jog, so be prepared for your quads to be on fire!
