SQUAD! It's your girl Krista - the most extra toddler mom, ready to fill your cup every time you hop in the saddle with me!

I was born and raised in YXE, graduated from Edwards School of Business (U of S) in 2013 with my Bachelor's of Marketing, and spend my days now working in the finance industry in downtown Saskatoon. After a lifetime in team sports, and eventually leading group fitness, I added teaching Spin to the list in 2018. I'm forever grateful to LIFECycle for becoming my home in 2020 and for how studio friends so quickly became like family.

My classes are LOUD and the energy is HIGH! I want to meet you exactly where you are so you can get the most out of your time on the bike - training for LIFE is always what we ride towards. Think of it like a sweaty TED Talk on wheels, finding the joy in movement every time we ride together!! 

When I'm not at my desk or on the bike planning the latest and greatest choreo-combos, you can find me and my husband on the golf course, at a Rush Game, or adventuring around the lake with our little man and beagle pup! The secret to my heart is tex-mex and a spicy margaritas. I love a good karaoke party, I live to cook giant delicious family meals, and I will always be the first one to throw down for a potluck or games night!
