Meet Me, Cloey

Hello Everyone! You can call me Clo

I have been around the LifeCycle community since fall of 2019 where I began my journey from the Beginner Free Class. Before being a part of the Saskatoon fitness community I lived in Foam Lake where I was involved in various sports and activities ranging from dance, hockey, basketball, volleyball, and more. I then moved to Saskatoon where I am in my 5th and final year of my Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting. When I am not at the studio you can find me studying, hanging out with friends, or at another gym working out!

It wasn’t untill my last year of high school that I turned to fitness to help with my mental health. After months of struggle I fell in love with fitness and the ability it had to challenge me to be the best I can be and give me a safe space where everything felt okay.

At LifeCycle my classes are a mix of fast and heavy and you will always find some kind of beat drop or remix (that I will sing along to). My favorite thing about being an Instructor at LifeCycle is the friendships I have made and the ability to make people sweaty/smiley. I am known to be a positive person and hope I can bring positivity into all my spinner lives just like they do to me. Also, you will find my BFF Leah and I doing team teaches which are always a blast!

I have recently added to my job title to the Instructor Lead Role which I will be managing a various list of things with instructors and clients. I am excited for the experience and ready to put that (almost) business degree to the test!

Spin with you soon!
