Meet me, Chelsey.
I was born and raised in Saskatoon and began dancing at age 3. Throughout my dance career I was fortunate to have competed, trained, and performed all over the world.
After graduating high school, I moved to Vancouver to focus on contemporary dance where I continued my intensive training and performances. Unfortunately, I experienced a knee injury which led me to a different path. Having been so active all my life I knew I had to find some kind of replacement--that's when I discovered my love for the gym. My surgeon and physiotherapist recommended biking as much as possible as part of my rehabilitation and it soon became my favourite kind of cardio. I attended the University of Saskatchewan where I received distinction in my Kinesiology degree majoring in Exercise & Sport Studies. I later completed my Masters in Physical Therapy also at University of Saskatchewan and have been working as a physiotherapist for the past 3 years. Lifecycle has been a major part of my life for the past 5 years and I am so grateful to be apart of this amazing community.
