I spend most of my days working as a registered nurse. When I’m not working, you will find me at the studio! During my classes, you can expect to hear it all. I love to throw in some country music when I can! There will always be a heavy jog and a fun fast climb! My favorite part of Lifecycle is the amazing community that we are surrounded by. There is never a lack of positive energy or smiles! Can’t wait to spin with you soon!!
